Duties and Responsibilities:
• Achieve set daily production targets and production plan for retail meat cuts, customers
• Meat orders as well as minecd and further processed products such
• Assist with set stock takes
• Assist with receiving of meat carcass’s and related items
• Quick learner and willing to follow set receipes accurately
• Work with different tools and equipment to produce quality butchery cuts
• Take customer order and attend to customer inquiries quickly
• Packaging butchery goods, maintain stock levels and check expiration dates
• Honest, mature and sober of character
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with people of diverse backgrounds
• Work in a fast paced and pressure intensive environment
• Ensure clean as you work and maintain high levels of sanitary conditions in preparation and serving areas
• Ensure all meat, ingredients and utensils are stored properly
• willing to travel / relocate to different locations country-wide

Qualifications
• Full grade twelve (12) results
• Minimum 3 years work experience in a established butchery
• Higher tertiary certifications in other food based courses is an added advantage
