Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes, pastries, and specialty baked products
• Design cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
• Measure and prepare ingredients accurately
• Monitor baking times and temperatures
• Apply professional cake decorating and creaming techniques using FIMO for smooth, high-quality finishes
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work areas
• Assist with stock control and minimize ingredient wastage
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
