The Role Responsibilities
• Ensure that cash deposits from vendors are in order
• Ensure that you review cash deposits from vendors
• Ensure that all cash deposits for the day are approved on the systems
• Ensure that all entries by fax/email from vendors outside Lusaka(indemnity) are received
• Ensure that all entries are confirmed after receipt
• Ensure that all entries are reconciled on the bulk cash account
• Ensure that all entries are archived
• Ensure that all eNAPSA transactions are processed and receipted.
• Ensure that all exceptions are notified to RM/Transaction Banking/CSG and credited back to client account
• Ensure that monthly report is done at the end of each month
• Ensure that all eNAPSA accounts are reconciled
• Receive cash deposit slips from vendors
• Review cash deposit slips from vendors
• Approve cash deposits on the systems
• Receiving entries by fax/email from vendors outside Lusaka(indemnity)
• Confirming entries after receipt
• Reconciliation of entries on the account
• Archiving of entries
• Monitoring eNAPSA transactions done by clients
• Settling all eNAPSA transactions done by clients
• Notifying RM/ Transaction Banking / CSG about all eNAPSA exceptions
• Raising entries for all eNAPSA transactions i.e.
• Ensure successful transactions in the suspense account are upload on S2B and swept to the NAPSA collections account
• Ensure that failed transactions are credited back as and when they fail by creating entries and ensure that they are signed by the checker.
• Generate monthly reports.
• Ensure end of day is sent to TB head and CMO.
• Reconcile the Suspense account to ensure that all transactions have been processed.
Our Ideal Candidate
• minimum 5 O’evel Credits or better including MAthematics and English
• Degree / Diploma (or equivalent) in banking related field
• Minimum two years work experience
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, and the use of other spreadsheets);
• Sound knowledge of banking practice and theory.
• payment assessment skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent team building qualities;
• In-depth knowledge of products, services and customer service issues.
• Well-informed of the market competitive structure, industry practices and regulations for payments.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, internally and externally.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, and the use of other spreadsheets);
• Sound knowledge of banking practice and theory
