1. CASHIER - KABWE

We are looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly organized Cashier to join our growing team within the property development and real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately handling daily financial transactions, including receipting, payments, and reconciliations, while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily cash transactions, including property sales payments, deposits, and client service fees.
  • Issue receipts, maintain cash registers, and reconcile balances at the end of each business day.
  • Record financial transactions accurately in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Support the finance team in bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and audit preparations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company procedures.
  • Provide courteous customer service to clients during property sales and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales agents and property managers to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Safeguard company funds and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Identify discrepancies and report any irregularities promptly to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Accountancy, Bookkeeping, or any relevant finance or administrative qualification.
  • Prior experience in cashiering or finance-related roles is an added advantage.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have own accommodation in Kabwe or be willing to relocate at own cost.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
