Job Description
The job description will include but not limited to:
• Working to ensure that the kitchen runs effectively
• Ensuring food quality and maintaining kitchen equipment
• Ensuring that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an appetizing manner
• Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment needed
• Help the company determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
• Keeping station clean and organised
• Maintaining excellent hygiene.

Requirements
• Must be 30 years +, healthy and physically fit
• Must possess a Certificate or Diploma from a recognizable University or college in the relevant field
• Must also possess a Certificate in Hygiene.
• At least 3 years worth of experience working in a hotel,restaurant or Kitchen settings.
• Must have Knowledge of how to use a wide variety of Kitchen equipment
