We are urgently looking for a qualified and experienced Chef to join our hotel team in Lusaka.

Position: Chef
Location: Lusaka
Start Date: Immediate

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen
  • Certificate or diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or related field
  • Ability to prepare a variety of dishes and manage kitchen operations
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Lusaka residents preferred
Key Responsibilities: Welcoming guests and assisting with luggage Escorting guests to rooms and explaining amenities Assisting with deliveries, errands, and guest requests Maintaining cleanliness and order in lobby and reception area Providing support to the front desk team as needed
Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen Certificate or diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or related field Ability to prepare a variety of dishes and manage kitchen operations Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Lusaka residents preferred
Grade 12 Certificate At least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel support role Certificate in General Hospitality or Front Office Operations Good interpersonal and customer service skills Physically fit and well-groomed Lusaka residents are highly encouraged to apply
