Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and creative Client Care Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, marketing communication, and administrative support within a professional services environment. The successful candidate will support the Client Care Department in designing digital content, drafting client proposals, and performing a variety of support tasks to enhance client satisfaction and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and schedule engaging social media posts to promote the company’s services and initiatives.
- Assist in drafting client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support the team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Help maintain and update the company’s client database and communication records.
- Participate in client feedback collection and contribute ideas to improve client care processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of client requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead to support departmental goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva (or other graphic design tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is an added advantage.
