Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and creative Client Care Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, marketing communication, and administrative support within a professional services environment. The successful candidate will support the Client Care Department in designing digital content, drafting client proposals, and performing a variety of support tasks to enhance client satisfaction and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and schedule engaging social media posts to promote the company’s services and initiatives.
• Assist in drafting client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support the team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
• Help maintain and update the company’s client database and communication records.
• Participate in client feedback collection and contribute ideas to improve client care processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of client requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead to support departmental goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva (or other graphic design tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is an added advantage.
