Zimworx is looking for a dedicated Client Services Lead to manage and optimize team operations, foster collaboration, and drive performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor attendance, breaks, and PTO to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and share performance and attendance reports with department leads.
  • Track incentives and performance metrics for transparency and compliance.
  • Support team members with IT issues and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Organize team meetings to boost morale and collaboration.
  • Relay feedback between clients and team members.
  • Conduct quarterly assessments and assist with onboarding new team members.
  • Introduce initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in team leadership or client services management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
