Background

Zimworx is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Partner to ensure exceptional client experiences and lead a high-performing team. If you excel at client engagement, team management, and operational oversight, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as the main liaison between clients, account managers, and back-office teams.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by understanding needs, providing guidance, and ensuring satisfaction with company procedures and services.
  • Oversee team productivity, attendance, and performance through routine checks, support, and reporting.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development, ensuring staff are informed and equipped to perform effectively.
  • Address performance issues and enforce compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
  • Provide guidance, information, and ongoing support to employees to foster a high-performing, professional work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a team leader or managerial role.
  • Sales and Marketing certification is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Apple iWork Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
