Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent based in Lusaka. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing and negotiating property deals, conducting market research, and maintaining strong client relationships. Their day-to-day tasks will include property showings, sales presentations, generating leads, and providing expert advice to clients on the commercial real estate market. The agent will also collaborate with the brokerage team to streamline transactions and processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Market
- Member of Real Estate Bodies or other relavant bodies
- Experience in Brokerage and Sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using real estate management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
