JOB DETAILS:
To Develop Strategic Plan for Beit-CURE Hospital (BCH) for the period 2021 – 2026
Beit-CURE Hospital (BCH) requires the service of a Consultant to develop a Strategic Plan for the period 2021 – 2026. Interested service providers that meet the qualifications and have the required experience are requested to submit proposal and roadmap for this consultancy. The Consultant, after presenting to BCII that they have the required professional skills, and personnel and technical resources and after agreeing to provide the Services on the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract, will be contracted for up to a maximum of three months to Iead the process of developing the strategic plan.
Timeframe
Time shall be of the essence as regards the performance by the Consultant of its obligations under this Contract. The consultant is required to complete the process within three months from the date of signing the contract.
Submission of proposal deadline: 7" December 2020 Signing of contract deadline: 11th December 2020 Delivery of Final Draft 9th March 2021

Qualifications
• The consultant team should have over 5-year record in strategy development and risk management.
• Should have at least one team member with knowledge and/or experience in donor-funded projects or other standards.
• The lead consultant / project lead must have individual experience of at least 5 years in providing strategy consulting services of a similar nature, size and complexity preferably within the health sector.
• The Lead consultant must be a senior technical expert who has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the health sector in Zambia and exposure to the Zambian Ministry of Health strategic plan
• The lead consultant must have at least a Master degree in Public Health or social sciences and extensive experience in developing strategic plans for institutions similar to BCH.
