Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Design and execute talent development programs.
  • Promote and enhance our employer brand.
  • Collaborate on learning and development initiatives.
  • Drive performance management and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, development, and employer branding.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Relevant certifications in talent development are a plus.
