Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to grow our social media presence and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate, manage, and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
- Represent Okavango Foods confidently and engagingly during radio appearances, interviews, and public speaking events.
- Increase customer interaction and engagement by producing compelling content, promotions, and interactive initiatives.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, proposing actionable improvements.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptionally creative with a strong flair for storytelling and content creation.
- Skilled communicator who is comfortable speaking publicly, including in radio interviews.
- Proven experience in managing and growing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
- Ability to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated to engage customers and expand market reach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields are desirable, but creativity and practical experience will strongly be considered.
- At least 2 years of proven marketing experience.
