JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview:
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing transactions and providing excellent customer service, managing electronic payments, interact with customers, and ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.

Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product details, promotions, and discounts to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
• POS Operation: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions and generate receipts.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the area clean and organized to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Refunds and Exchanges: Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies and procedures.
• Security Measures: Adhere to security procedures to prevent theft and ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve overall store goals.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures related to transactions, customer service, and overall site operations.

Qualifications:
• GCE Certificate
• Previous Experience: Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Math Skills: Strong basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to avoid errors in transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
