Background

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Customer Care Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
  • Introduce and promote company products/services
  • Generate and qualify sales leads
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
  • Follow up on previous calls and inquiries
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Certificate (minimum requirement)
  • Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field (added advantage)
  • Training in Customer Service or Telemarketing (added advantage)

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Confident and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Good time management and organizational skills
