Lumo Financial Services Ltd is a Zambian company with head office in Kitwe.
The Company seeks the services of: Customer Relations Officer x 1
The responsibility of this role will include but not limited to the following:
- Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them or escalation.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
- Market institution’s products to individuals and firms, institution services that may meet customers’ needs.
- Understanding Customer Concerns
- Reinforce communicating within the Company
- Investigating Problems
- Training Staff by using both their knowledge of the company and of customer service best practices, by educating others hired to respond to customer complaints.
- Public Relations by building connections on behalf of the company by engaging all existing clients to ensure satisfaction, networking within the community to identify prospective customers and contribute to the organization’s marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
- (Diploma) Business Administration or Marketing
- Work experience: at least one year in a similar industry.
- Computer Literate
- Women are encouraged to apply

The successful candidate must be aged between 20 and 25 years, innovative, good interpersonal Skills, result oriented and have the ability to work with own initiative, ability to understand scope of work, paying particular to Company Policies and Corporate Objectives.
