Background information about the job or company:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and partners ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to enrollment and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partners.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support enrollment targets by promoting Academy programs and services.
  • Follow up with leads generated through Facebook ads, community outreach, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate student and client records in the CRM system.
  • Assist with event organization (open days, community workshops, graduation ceremonies).
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and administration teams to improve student engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
  • Social media management experience is an added advantage.
  • A passion for education, technology, and community engagement.
