Role Description
Fin360 Limited is seeking results-oriented Debt Collections Officers (2) to drive timely loan repayments in a fast-paced digital lending environment. The role requires proactive engagement with delinquent clients, negotiation of repayment plans, and effective use of digital platforms to manage collections efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly collections targets through timely and strategic follow-ups.
- Engage defaulters via phone, SMS, email, and field visits.
- Negotiate and structure practical repayment arrangements while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Effectively manage the assigned credit portfolio and accurately update customer interactions and outcomes on digital platforms.
- Escalate unresolved or complex cases to management.
- Support process improvements and contribute to the collections strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 with credits in English and Mathematics.
- Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of debt collection experience, preferably in an NBFI or MFI environment.
