WE ARE LOOK FOR: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER.
1. The Executive Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager, the Human Resource/Administration Manager and the Accounts Manager. He/she will provide the Managers with information of all the departments.
2. An Executive Assistant Manager will be responsible for keeping a perfect coordination between all sections and controlling their operation with regards to the company’s standards, revenues and controlling costs, the highest comfort and satisfaction for guests.
3. The Executive Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager with daily operations, including managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring smooth business operations. The role also involves handling customer service inquiries, overseeing and supervising staff, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist the General Manager to manage the overall day to day running of all aspects of the Restaurant, including food and beverage and events/banqueting
- To assist the General Manager to manage sales and marketing, housekeeping, front desk (including all reception and concierge), food and beverage, Chef/kitchen, leisure, human resources, accounts.
- To adhere to agreed budgets and maintain applicable quality standards and records.
- To assist the General Manager in ensuring sufficient team members at all times and within agreed budgets.
- Quality control of all aspects including hygiene, health, safety, Customer service, hospitality and customer care.
- Meet position targets and those of the business as a whole
- To assist the General Manager with the smooth running of the of the Lusaka Branch
- To contribute to training and development of the employees
- To adhere to statutory obligations and agreed quality and best practice guidelines
- To understand all aspects of restaurant services and management and to assist the General Manager to train the restaurant staff to enable them to confidently and professionally deal with customer queries etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance acumen
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to manage administrative tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- To manage customers’ expectations and deal and resolve with all queries
- Demonstrable experience in leading both Front of House and Back of House within a Restaurant and Bar department.
- A natural leader and have experience in managing and coaching teams
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
- 10+ years’ related experience, including management experience.
- Should reside near the Mulungushi Village.
