Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, and action follow-ups for executive meetings.
- Draft, edit, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and strategic documents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the CEO in research, data gathering, and preparation of briefing materials.
- Monitor progress on strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Represent the CEO’s office in liaising with clients, partners, and regulators when required.
- Any other duties assigned.
2. Administrative Support
- Manage office filing systems (both electronic and physical) and ensure accurate records.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Oversee office supplies, stationery, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Provide administrative support for HR, finance and Sales functions (timesheets, leave records, petty cash, expense reports).
- Coordinate logistics for company workshops, training programs, and events.
- Handle general office management duties to ensure an efficient and professional working environment.
- Support staff with administrative queries and workflow coordination.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
