Job Summary:
A reputable organization based in Lusaka is urgently seeking experienced Fabricators to join its team. The ideal candidates must have a minimum of five years’ hands-on experience and traceable references. This role requires precision, dependability, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Fabricate metal structures and components as per specifications
- Operate fabrication machinery such as cutters, grinders, and welders
- Ensure quality control of fabricated items before installation or delivery
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in metal fabrication
- Strong knowledge of fabrication tools, welding techniques, and safety standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
- Must be based in Lusaka or surrounding areas
- Must provide traceable references from previous employers or supervisors
