Job Summary:
The Paediatrics Faculty member will educate students in child health, from neonatal care to adolescent medicine, ensuring future doctors are competent in managing pediatric conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theoretical and clinical instruction in pediatrics
- Guide students in hospital pediatrics wards and community settings
- Evaluate clinical competence through OSCEs and ward-based assessments
- Conduct research in child health and promote evidence-based practice
- Mentor students during their clinical placements
Requirements:
- MBChB and Master’s Degree in Paediatrics or Child Health
- 3+ years in academic or hospital-based teaching
- Proven ability to engage and mentor students effectively
- ZAQA verification mandatory
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
