What You’ll Be Doing
This role is all about keeping the financial and admin side of the business running smoothly. Some of the things you’ll be involved in include:

  • Recording financial transactions
  • Making payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Submitting statutory liabilities on time
  • File physical receipts and help maintain organized records
  • Clean up and maintain digital records
  • Assist with financial reporting and data analysis
  • Support admin tasks within the office and in the field

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to have years of experience, but you should have:

  • Some basic accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong attention to detail – like, seriously strong
  • Confidence working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • A love for organised systems and clear records
  • Willingness to learn digital tools (we’ll teach you!)
  • The ability to follow a process and ask questions when you’re unsure
  • You follow through on tasks and pay attention to detail (we really value this)
  • If you’ve worked with small business finances, done some bookkeeping work, or studied accounting/admin, this is a bonus – mention this!

A Few Things You Should Know
Our office is casual and laid-back. We wear crocs and house slippers at our desks. But we’re also serious about delivering excellent work. We expect professionalism, initiative, and follow-through — especially since our clients trust us with big responsibilities.

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. What matters most is your attitude, your ability to learn quickly, and your willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in.
