Huangshan Construction Company Limited is a reputable construction company committed to delivering high-quality building and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Assistant to support the daily financial operations of the finance department.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and reviewing original documents such as invoices, receipts, reimbursement forms, and payment vouchers.
- Support accountants by entering financial data into the accounting system.
- Handle bank-related tasks, collect bank statements, and prepare bank reconciliation records.
- Review reimbursement documents (travel, office expenses, fuel, etc.) for compliance.
- Verify accuracy of amounts and documentation before approval.
- Assist in issuing VAT invoices and ensuring information accuracy.
- Authenticate, classify, and track input VAT invoices to avoid overdue processing.
- Collect and organize materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Assist accountants in preparing VAT and corporate income tax returns.
- Archive tax documents, receipts, and confirmation notices.
- File and manage financial vouchers, contracts, tax forms, and bank records.
- Maintain an archive register and ensure secure, orderly document storage.
- Assist accountants and finance managers with assigned tasks.
- Update ledgers and support preparation of financial summaries.
- Keep updated on accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Use financial software (Kingdee, UFIDA, SAP) and Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Suggest process improvements within the finance department.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Accounting certifications or junior accountant qualifications are an added advantage.
Experience:
- Preferred age: 22–30 years old.
- 1–2 years of finance or accounting-related experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience will be considered.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or real estate industries is an added advantage.
Professional Competencies:
- Good understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Ability to review expenses, process invoices, and perform reconciliation.
- Competent in preparing basic tax filing documents.
Professional Qualities:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or engineering finance roles.
- Experience in tax filing assistance and financial archive management.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English.
