We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Zambian subsidiary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with Zambian tax laws. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to drive financial performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial operations and reporting for the subsidiary.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and Zambian tax regulations.
• Utilize advanced Excel and Palladium ERP for financial analysis and reporting.
• Manage ZRA Smart Invoicing processes and ensure accurate tax filings.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Monitor cash flow, manage risk, and optimize financial performance.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certification: ACCA, CIMA, or CA qualifications are preferred.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in finance, ideally within the FMCG or distribution sectors.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of IFRS and Zambian tax laws.
o Proficiency in advanced Excel and Palladium ERP.
o Experience with ZRA Smart Invoicing.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
o Proven leadership experience.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
