Background:

The Finance and Administration Expert will provide essential operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the TSP project. The expert will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, handling logistics and travel arrangements, and maintaining compliance with company and government policies. The expert will also oversee petty cash, asset registers, and office supplies, while also supporting budgeting, reporting, and documentation. Additionally, they will assist in preparing presentations and proposals, and collaborate with team members to maintain efficient project operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative tasks
  • Coordinating office activities
  • Handling logistics and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining compliance with company and government policies
  • Overseeing petty cash, asset registers, and office supplies
  • Supporting budgeting, reporting, and documentation
  • Assisting in preparing presentations and proposals
  • Collaborating with team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field
  • Basic accounting qualification and experience as an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in office administration

Experience:

Ability to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the consultants have adequate support to work efficiently

Other Details:

Good client services required at front-office. Ability to take minutes and record accordingly. Orderly and able to put in place a clear filing system. Member of a professional body
