About the role:
Our client is seeking a HR Officer to provide comprehensive HR support across key HR functions, including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and employment principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage HR processes with minimal supervision.
This role is suited to a proactive and organized HR professional who can support day-to-day HR activities, contribute to process improvements, and partner with managers to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, attendance data, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR processes and administrative systems.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Work closely with department managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Support the resolution of employee concerns and workplace issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct exit interviews and support the analysis of employee feedback and turnover trends.
Training and Performance Support
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives.
- Support performance review processes and employee development activities.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information at all times.
HR Projects and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, policy updates, and process improvements.
- Support the implementation of HR programs aligned with organizational goals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist or HR officer capacity.
- Good working knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
