JOB DETAILS:
Background information about the job or company:
Zamtel is seeking a Head Compliance to provide expert leadership in the management and coordination of Zamtel’s compliance program across all operations and business units.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the compliance program
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage compliance across all business units
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Governance, or Risk Management
- Professional Certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, or Regulatory Affairs
Experience needed:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance, legal, audit, or risk management roles, including at least 2 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
