Job Summary

To provide specialist Human Resources advice and support that meets business requirements, through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed SOPs.

Job Description

  • Employee Assessments: Assist in conducting psychological assessments, surveys, and interviews to gather data on employee attitudes, satisfaction, and overall workplace behavior.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze assessment data to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making related to employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Intervention Design: Support the development and implementation of behavioural interventions and programs aimed at improving employee performance, job satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Training & Development: Assist in designing and delivering training programs focused on leadership development, communication skills, conflict resolution, and other areas relevant to organizational success.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on issues related to workplace behavior, stress management, and career development.
  • Change Management: Contribute to change management initiatives by applying psychological principles to help employees adapt to organizational changes and transitions.
  • Research & Benchmarking: Stay up-to-date with the latest research in Industrial Psychology and best practices in employee behavior management. Conduct benchmarking studies to compare organizational practices with industry standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings from assessments, interventions, and research to share with HR leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, managers, and other stakeholders to understand organizational needs and provide psychology-based recommendations for improving workplace dynamics.

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Industrial and Organisational Psychology (Required), Master’s Degree: Industrial and Organisational Psychology
