Responsibilities or duties

  • Undertakes and effectively prepare the payroll inputs in order to facilitate payments of employee salaries.
  • Give Advise to management and supervisors on HR practices, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of HR outputs.
  • Implement employee welfare, safety, and recreation initiatives
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time within the realm of Human Resources Management and Administration.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and implementation of statutory requirements, including NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE and WCFCB.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Minimum of a Diploma/bachelors Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
  • Registered Member With ZIHRM
  • A Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Good Knowledge of payroll systems and mandatory statutory deductions

Experience needed

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
