1) Recruitment & Selection
- Develop and publish job adverts for all required positions
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
2) Onboarding & Orientation
- Conduct staff induction and orientation sessions
- Ensure new employees understand company policies and job expectations
- Facilitate probation monitoring and confirmations
3) Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain accurate HR files and digital records
- Track leave, attendance and performance documentation
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, contracts and internal policies
- Prepare HR-related reports for management
4) Performance Management
- Support supervisors in setting KPIs and appraising employee performance
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective action
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
5) Employee Relations & Discipline
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and misconduct professionally
- Lead disciplinary procedures in line with policy
- Promote a positive and productive work culture
6) Payroll Support & Welfare
- Compile monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, advances, deductions)
- Coordinate staff welfare activities and communication
- Support management in salary adjustments and employee benefits
7) HR Policy & Systems
- Update and enforce HR policies and SOPs
- Recommend improvements in HR systems, structure and staffing
- Interpret and communicate HR policies to staff
8) Safety, Ethics & Company Values
- Promote adherence to workplace ethics and values
- Support occupational safety compliance in collaboration with management
- Champion professionalism, teamwork and accountability
9) Management Support
- Prepare HR briefs for management decisions
- Participate in strategic meetings and HR planning
- Assist in aligning HR functions to support business goals
