Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Proven experience in an HR role (management level preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Zambian labour laws.

  • Handling recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Maintain HR records and reports.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Customer Relations Officer

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer relations or customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • An accounting qualification will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery across all business operations.
  • Prepare basic reports on customer interactions and service performance.
