We are seeking a competent ICT Officer to support reliable, secure, and efficient ICT services within the organization. The role supports user ICT services, business systems, digital platforms, cybersecurity controls, and ICT documentation, contributing to operational effectiveness, compliance, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ICT user support and service desk assistance to staff.
- Support availability, maintenance, and effective use of core business systems (e.g Salesforce, Sage 300 ERP including all integrated third-party solutions, Microsoft Apps, mobile and web platforms, etc).
- Assist with system integrations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support user training and promote adoption of digital systems.
- Assist in maintaining ICT infrastructure, backups, and asset records.
- Support implementation of cybersecurity controls and access management.
- Maintain ICT documentation and support audit and donor compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience supporting ICT systems, applications, and end-users.
- Exposure to ERP systems or business applications is an added advantage. Relevant ICT certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Networking, ERP systems, Salesforce) are an added advantage
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical troubleshooting and user support skills.
- Basic understanding of ICT security and access controls.
- Ability to document processes and maintain records.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and support digital transformation initiatives.
