Role Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition, support account management, and promote our range of fiber internet solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing their customer base, offering tailored solutions, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell internet packages and services to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients
• Conduct client needs assessments to recommend suitable connectivity solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities
• Provide accurate product information and support clients throughout the onboarding process
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, ICT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ISP sales is essential
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a customer-centric mindset
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in English; local language skills are an added advantage
