Key Responsibilities of the Information Technology Assistant:
• IT systems administration
• User access administration
• End-user support
• Daily operation and maintenance of systems
• Data backups and preventive maintenance
• Security of user accounts and physical access
• Contact with system vendors
• Participation in system development and adaptation
• Compliance with local and international data laws
• Training and development programs
• Financial planning and budgeting for IT applications

Requirements of the Information Technology Assistant:
• Diploma in an IT-related field and a minimum of 4 years of IT experience in a busy environment
• Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CISCO, CompTIA) are advantageous.
• Proven experience in IT with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
• Strong communication skills
