JOB DETAILS:
Laboratory Technician (1)
The main responsibility of the incumbent will be to participate in the training of medical students by way of conducting Laboratory sessions as well as assist in the management of the laboratories. .

Responsibilities:
• To participate in the training of Medical students.
• To assist in the management of the medical science laboratories ,
• To ensure that lab based student training is conducted in a safe, secure and suitable environment.
• To report regularly to the Head of Basic Sciences on the Medical science laboratories activities including research and training.

Qualifications
• BSc in Biomedical Sciences or Laboratory Sciences
• Certification in Laboratory Safety
• Registration with the Health Professionals Council of Zambia as a Laboratory Technician
• 1-2 years’ experience working in a Medical Laboratory Training in first aids, Health and Safety
