JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To equip future educators with effective teaching strategies, pedagogical knowledge, and professional competence for classroom practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures in educational psychology and instructional design.
- Develop and update course content aligned with current teaching trends.
- Supervise teaching practice and student assessments.
- Conduct research in education and contribute to departmental activities.
- Participate in community and professional engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
- Experience in teacher training or curriculum development.
