Responsibilities or duties
To attend to customer queries, monitor competitor products, provide feedback on market situations, monitor beer quality in the market, and act and/or recommend appropriate interventions to the Sales and Distribution Manager. The role also focuses on developing new business avenues and building strong relationships with retailers and customers.
Qualifications or requirements
Minimum:
- Diploma in Business Management/Administration, Marketing or Sales Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience needed
Minimum:
- At least 1 year experience in marketing and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

* Attend to customer queries * Monitor competitor products * Provide feedback on market situations * Monitor beer quality in the market * Act and/or recommend appropriate interventions to the Sales and Distribution Manager * Develop new business avenues * Build strong relationships with retailers and customers * Penetration of new outlets * Ensure distributor volumes and targets are met, monitored, and communicated daily * Ensure SKU availability and serviceability by cluster * Conduct daily calls to all retail outlets in the assigned area * Check and address trade compliance concerns * Enforce recommended retail price (RRP) compliance in the trade * Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders * Provide timely feedback to customers and management on matters of concern * Ensure prompt response to customer queries * Ensure Direct Store Delivery (DSD) vehicles are equipped with appropriate safety equipment * Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
