Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will lead and implement marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, grow market share, and drive sales performance for Vox Water. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategy, and leadership to ensure the brand continues to thrive in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.
- Oversee advertising, promotions, and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future strategies.
- Manage content creation for social media and other marketing platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Membership with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles (experience in the FMCG or beverage industry will be an asset).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
