Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Personnel to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both digital and traditional marketing techniques, with a passion for engaging target audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, events).
- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Run SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics.
- Content Creation & Branding:
- Create compelling content (blogs, newsletters, videos, graphics).
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Identify industry trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor competitor strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Event & Partnership Coordination:
- Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, or trade shows.
- Collaborate with influencers, media, and business partners.
- Performance Tracking:
- Measure ROI of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in marketing (agency or in-house).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Basic graphic design and copywriting skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
- Experience with video editing or Adobe Creative Suite.
