Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Personnel to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both digital and traditional marketing techniques, with a passion for engaging target audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
    • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals.
    • Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, events).
  2. Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Run SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
    • Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics.
  3. Content Creation & Branding:
    • Create compelling content (blogs, newsletters, videos, graphics).
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    • Identify industry trends and customer preferences.
    • Monitor competitor strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  5. Event & Partnership Coordination:
    • Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, or trade shows.
    • Collaborate with influencers, media, and business partners.
  6. Performance Tracking:
    • Measure ROI of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
    • Prepare reports on campaign performance and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, etc.).
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Basic graphic design and copywriting skills.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
  • Experience with video editing or Adobe Creative Suite.
