1. Customer Care Representative
Role Summary:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and helpful information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person
- Resolve client complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions
- Support other departments in ensuring client needs are met
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
2. Accountant
Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support financial planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor budgets and expenditures
- Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- At least 2 years of accounting experience preferred
3. Recovery Manager Assistant
Role Summary:
As a Recovery Manager Assistant, you will support the Recovery Manager in handling delinquent accounts and ensuring effective recovery of overdue loans or payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and following up on non-performing loans
- Liaise with clients to negotiate repayment plans
- Maintain accurate recovery records and reports
- Support field visits and legal recovery actions where needed
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Basic understanding of loan recovery processes
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail
- Experience in a microfinance or lending environment is an added bonus
