We are seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our dynamic team in Lusaka. Each successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring long-term success in their respective roles.

1. Auto Electrician

Location: Lusaka
Reports To: Workshop Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

• Craft Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Auto Electrical, Automotive Mechanics, or related field (Diploma is an added advantage).
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with heavy-duty trucks (fuel tankers, Chinese truck brands, and fuel trailers)
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting truck electronic systems
• Physically fit and able to work in both workshop and field environments. • A collaborative team player.

2. Tyre Specialist

Location: Lusaka
Reports To: Workshop Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

• Craft Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Mechanics, Tyre Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tyre management within a busy workshop or fleet environment.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess tyre wear and performance.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and training drivers on tyre longevity Proactive problem-solving abilities.

3. Senior Accountant/Audit Associate/Accounting Specialist (2 Positions)

Location: Lusaka Province
Reports To: Finance Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ZICA Licentiate Professional, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
• Must be a registered ZICA member.
• 4-5 years’ experience in accounting roles, preferably at senior level.
• High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office and Tally.

4. Fleet Coordinator

Location: Lusaka
Reports To: Managing Director

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management. Supply Chain, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in fleet management, particularly in petroleum, mining, or heavy- duty sectors.
• Proven track record managing large commercial flects (especially tankers).

5. Safety Officer

Location: Lusaka
Reports To: Managing Director

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
• Relevant experience in safety management within petroleum or heavy-duty transport sectors.
• Thorough understanding of national/international safety standards and risk assessment practices
• Must be adaptable to both office and field environments.

6. Sales Manager (Petroleum)

Location: Lusaka
Reports To: Managing Director

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in petroleum sales (retail and bulk).
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

7. Cluster Supervisor (Petroleum)

Location: Lusaka
Reports To: Retail Head

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in retail operations (preferably fuel stations)
• Strong leadership, safety compliance knowledge, and familiarity with stock management systems.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
