JOB DETAILS:

Are you passionate about wellness, client care, and personal presentation? Refreshed Spa is expanding its team and looking for motivated, qualified, and customer-focused individuals to join us. We have both full-time and part-time positions available at our Lusaka location.

FULL-TIME POSITIONS

1. RECEPTIONIST (Full-Time)

We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 O-Level passes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and professional demeanor
• Well-presented and customer-service-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.) is an added advantage
• Previous experience in a similar front desk or spa setting is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and checking in clients
• Managing appointments and maintaining schedules
• Handling phone calls, inquiries, and walk-ins
• Processing payments and maintaining front desk records
• Supporting therapists and management with administrative tasks

2. MASSAGE THERAPIST (Full-Time)

We are hiring a qualified Massage Therapist with a passion for client wellness and relaxation. If you’re skilled in various massage techniques and maintain high hygiene standards, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy
• Proficiency in a range of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, etc.)
• Strong understanding of body mechanics and relaxation techniques
• Good hygiene, grooming, and customer service standards
• Previous spa or wellness experience is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing massages tailored to clients’ needs and preferences
• Advising clients on post-treatment care
• Maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms and tools
• Recording client histories and preferences for repeat visits
• Promoting wellness services offered at the spa

PART-TIME POSITION

3. PHYSIOTHERAPIST (Part-Time)

We are looking for a licensed Physiotherapist to offer part-time rehabilitation and wellness care to our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about restoring mobility and promoting physical health.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy
• Must be registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ)
• Clinical or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Committed to helping clients achieve long-term recovery goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Providing physiotherapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment accordingly
• Educating clients on injury prevention and wellness routines
• Collaborating with massage therapists for holistic care approaches

Work Hours: 8
