Zimworx is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our growing team! If you're passionate about accuracy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for solving problems, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare multi-entity payroll with accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and verify timekeeping, deductions, and adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports for management/audits
  • Reconcile data and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Provide responsive support to employees on payroll matters
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams
  • Contribute to process improvements and payroll procedure documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of payroll or timekeeping experience (multi-entity preferred)
  • Proficiency with UKG/ADP/Oracle or any related payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
