Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments in line with Oxford standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and learner-centred classroom environment.
• Support learners’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding learners’ progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
• Uphold school policies, safeguarding standards, and professional ethics

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Certification or training in the Oxford Curriculum / International Primary Curriculum is an added advantage.
• Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) registration.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ teaching experience in an international or Cambridge/Oxford curriculum setting.
• Strong classroom management and assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
