Twinpalms Road, Lusaka and Kaleya Road Campus
Start Date

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments in line with Oxford standards.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and learner-centred classroom environment.
- Support learners’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding learners’ progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
- Uphold school policies, safeguarding standards, and professional ethics
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
- Certification or training in the Oxford Curriculum / International Primary Curriculum is an added advantage.
- Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) registration.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ teaching experience in an international or Cambridge/Oxford curriculum setting.
- Strong classroom management and assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong understanding of learner-centered and inquiry-based teaching.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
- Highly organized, creative, and results-oriented.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to continuous professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a team
