JOB DETAILS:
Overview
One of our clients, a meat processing company with operations in Zambia, is looking for a hands-on and experienced Processing and Deboning Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
• Minimize out-of-stock and overstock to ensure fresh merchandise.
• Manage and track inventory records to estimate gross monthly profits as per company guidelines.
• Control department expenses by enhancing operations, meet budgeted goals and control shrinkage and pilferage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Ensure associates run equipment safely.
• Adhere to all manufacturing practices when handling raw product.
• Evaluate premises for cleanliness, including proper disposal of contaminate meat and poultry
• Cut, scrape and pull meat from red and white meat carcasses
• Check equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations.
• Process various cuts of meats.
• Make sure that all areas are keep clean ensuring that warehouse associates are operating equipment using proper operation procedures and PPE.
