1. Project Planning & Coordination
· Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
· Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
· Ensure material and equipment availability for seamless execution.
· Monitor project progress and address potential risks proactively.

· Lead and manage fiber optic installation teams.
· Assign tasks and ensure proper workflow efficiency.

· Manage Airtel baobab IRU operations.
3. Installation & Maintenance Oversight
· Oversee fiber optic cable laying, splicing, and termination.
· Ensure proper cable routing to minimize signal loss and disruptions.
· Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
4. Quality Control & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with industry standards.
· Perform inspections to verify the quality of installations.
· Conduct OTDR and power meter tests to assess fiber performance.
5. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
· Diagnose and resolve fiber optic faults and connectivity issues.
· Work closely with technical teams to ensure quick restoration.
· Implement strategies to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
6. Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain records of fiber optic routes, test results, and project milestones.
· Prepare progress reports and submit them to management.
