The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all projects and events for
cGrate Zambia Limited. The role ensures that all stakeholders are effectively engaged, timelines are
met, and deliverables are achieved efficiently. The Project Coordinator will serve as the central point
of contact for coordinating with the Business Analyst at cGrate International to ensure that products
and services developed internationally are properly implemented, documented, and aligned with
business objectives. Additionally, the role will oversee the planning and execution of 543 cashless
events, ensuring that all departments and partners are aligned for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all projects and events across departments to ensure efficiency, alignment, and
    successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between cGrate Zambia and the Business Analyst at cGrate
    International for the implementation and documentation of new products and services.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of 543 cashless events, ensuring smooth
    operations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, reports,
    risk logs, and lessons learned.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively recommend
    solutions.
  • Ensure that all projects and events are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and service providers to achieve
    project and event objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Operations on the status of ongoing
    projects and events.
  • Support process improvements and ensure best practices in project management are applied.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication at all levels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management, events coordination, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodologies is an added advantage.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams.
