The UN World Food Programme Zambia Country Office, hereinafter referred to as the "WFP located at Plot 10/4971, Tito Road, Rhodes Park, Lusaka, PO Box 31966, Lusaka, Zambia, is inviting qualified companies capable of providing Fuel and Lubricant Services to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be shortlisted in relation to the upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP)

WFP requires high quality uninterrupted services for a two-year period (renewable) with lowest possible prices including the following information:

WEP currently has 13 vehicles and other hired vehicles which are frequently used around the country and therefore fuel and lubricant services are critical in our operation

Important information to the interested companies
1) State all the locations of your company's filling stations in the country
2) Service should offer Tom Cards and credit facilities
3) Detailed itemized bill each month (must be in PDF)
4) 24-hour service
5) Waiver of security deposits - WFP financial rule and regulation do not permit payment of security deposits
6) Waiver of monthly fixed charges - Customer only pays on a pay-per-use basis
7) Able to accept a 30 Days Due Net payment policy
8) Interested companies must not be listed on the latest available “Consolidated UNSC Sanctions List”
9) Company must be dedicated, highly professional and very friendly and must have client. oriented sales representatives able to propose suitable solutions, offer new services and suggest changes for efficient use of services with stress on minimizing total costs
10) Company's flexibility to make continuous attempts to increase the service quality, expand the list of services offered as well as to further reduce the costs for the services

Please submit your EOI through email to zam.procurement@wp.org with email subject "Expression of Interest for Fuel and Lubricant Services” addressed to the Country Director Attention Procurement Unit, World Food Programme, PO Box 32167, Plot 10/4971 Corner Tito / Bait Road, Rhodes Park, Lusaka, Zambia, on or before Monday, 24th May 2021 at 17:00 hours local time

Once we receive your EOI, we will follow up with you for submission of mandatory documents through email and or any other contact details that you provide WFP reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interests that are received after the stated deadline
