We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our Lusaka office. This role combines front desk duties with administrative support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities or duties
- Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors
- Handling calls, emails, mail, and deliveries
- Providing general clerical and administrative support
- Assisting with meeting coordination and office records
- Supporting office supplies, facilities, and general upkeep
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- A Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken English
Experience needed
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes)
